Resources

Here some useful resources for information on sexual health, relationships, and wellbeing.

From our partner, BROOK

"Whether it's your first time, or your hundred-and-first, sex should be something that you enjoy and can have safely.

Sex can seem like a big and scary topic, but don't worry, we're here to break it down into manageable pieces. If you are thinking about having sex, then it is important that you are ready, can enjoy it, and can take responsibility for it. It is also important to make sure that you get contraceptive advice to protect yourself from unplanned pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. "

How you can Help

Here are some simple ways that you can help young people.

There are many charities and organisations out there that could use your help providing the key services to young people. Making a donation can make a huge difference! If that's not possible for you, there are so many other ways to engage with and support organisations you love. Join volunteer programs, engage with them online, spread the word to people you know about the awesome work they do - a little goes a long way, and will help a lot of people.

"Brook is thrilled to be working with Crossline Theatre to shine a light on the very real issues that affect young people today. Friday Night Love Poem is an intricate look into the lives of three women across the years and their navigation of the complexities of relationships, sexuality, pleasure and consent."

We have been partnering with Brook, an organisation that helps young people learn about sex and sexuality, navigate relationships, and supports wellbeing and health. Their work is life changing, and we are so proud to be working with them.
